Years ago the Los Angeles Lakers played in Forum Blue and gold. The color was actually purple. But since the owner, Jack Kent Cooke had all the green he could call purple whatever he wanted.

I know some people with colorblindness. They see shades of color a lot different than I do. I would not be surprised that color shades appear different to many people, colorblind or not. Also, I’ve been a Vikes fan a long time and they have changed their shade of purple many times through the years ranging from definite purple to almost indigo.
