Was able to get out for a few hours this morning and actually had a great time, the water temp was 65-67 degrees.....

Nice fish Robert. We're headed down there Wednesday, going to spend 3-4 days.

Be aware that the IBF classic (45 boats) is Saturday and Sunday, and everyone will be practicing Thursday and Friday.

That’s interesting, curious as to why a large tournament would opt for that ramp....

That is strange they would use that ramp over by the marina. Glad they are though, I never use that ramp.

Not sure how they arranged it with the DNR, but Hoosier Hills Marina is one of the sponsors of the tournament, so I'm sure they wanted it there so they would get some business.

Even with the tournament going on this coming weekend, the wife and I are going to go ahead and go to the lake. Maybe it won't be too bad. I'm sure there will be a few hot dogs who will want to horn in on my spots, but luckily most tournament guys are pretty respectful. We might just drive up to Monroe and fish if its too bad on Patoka.

45 boats aren’t enough to even worry about. Go enjoy yourself man. Good luck.

The release fish hanging around Newton Stewart south ramp are going to get hammered this weekend since it's not off limits.

The TD should rule it off limits anyway, just for the fun of it

Haven’t really been enough fish in there this year to even fool with. Always some in there, but it’s not better than any other area this year.

Given the fact I won't be able to practice and we are supposed to get 2" of rain on Saturday, its safe to say that I don't have a plan.
