White collar management for the last 20 years before retirement. Blue collar for the 25 years before that.

27 years as a conservative, Republican voting, blue collar union member. Started over and now I sit at a desk most days. When I have appointments out of the office, it is business casual khakis and dress shirt or polo.

    gender confused.
Outside sales in construction so I wear jeans and steel toes every day and spend less than 20 minutes at an office each month. I would like to think I am blue collar, but there is a good argument that I am not. LOL

When I was an aircraft mechanic I never considered the pilots “blue collar”. Guess that’s all perspective. I’ve been white collar for decades. One doesn’t have a job without the other.

Technically I am white collar but given the nature of our business, routinely wear the same uniform as my team. Some of the guys joke with me that I'm the wolf in sheep's clothing.

Blue....can wear almost whatever I want to work, as long as it includes steel-toed shoes and a hard hat w/safety glasses.

Oh, and that means all 'sexual zones' of the body must be covered, along with long pants and closed toe shoes.

Blue collar. Button up uniform shirt with my name on a patch every day. Even have the old school blue uniform pants just can't bring myself to wear them.

The best kind! (and yes we are hourly, of course with a minimum guarantee and other compensation)

    Retired white.

Now pre career, I worked blue collar. Was a paperboy at age 14, started to call bingo at 15 (Jr Fireman at Firehall), cook at Kentucky Fried Chicken for a couple months and worked at General Tire and Rubber making tennis ball rubber pellets for 3 summers during my college days.
