Changed my transducer cable route on Ultrex

Since I had to replace my transducer I decided to change the route of my network and tranducer cable.
Obviously have more work to do and a lot of cleaning up....lol
    Feedback always welcome...

Looks good I need to reroute mine after adding a 360. Probably wait until I replace the 998 and have to change Xducer.

Hopefully you'll get a chance to test it out on the water soon.

I use that type also. I think the last pack was from an auto parts store. I use them also for hook keepers on fishing rods that don't have them.

I drilled and tapped the holes in the Ultrex and used a round hex head Stainless steel screw 10-32 x 1/2" The screw ens up flush on the back side. put a drop of thread sealant on each screw (blue type)
    Got everything at Menards...

This afternoon if I get it together or tomorrow morning for sure.

Biggest thing on this set up is making sure you have cable slack in the right places so everything can move freely without tension anywhere.

Well...that is a great idea Wayne, Thanks! Now I know what to do with the extras from my pack.

So had the boat out yesterday for a full day on the water and the re-route of the cables seemed to fix all interference issues. I was able to set the interference filter setting to 1 and still see no interference when TM is enguaged. Images are razor sharp. I took a screenshot and will post after I get it off the unit.
Very happy with this change, should have done it on the original installation of the TM.
