There seems to be a love/hate relationship with these things over the wide world of web. Hated mine at first (achy neck), until I learned to put my head in the middle of the pillow like your supposed to. Now, I sing its praises..

My wife ordered two for us, I don't think they are worth the money. My current pillow was $12 from Costco and its great.

I have one and hate it. Goes flat or the stuffing moves to the sides leaving the middle empty. Would not buy another

I compared them side by side to other pillows at BBB. We opted for a different brand, they were too soft for us.

Got two of the mediums, they are in the guest bedroom now. Go to Bed, Bath and Beyond and see what they have.

I had one and it always went flat. Ended up just buying pillows at bed bath and beyond

Been sleeping on them for a couple years, no complaints. Helps to fluff them once in a while and they have different firmness options.

I'll never not have one. Best pillow I've ever owned. And I'm a pillow snob.

It has shreded foam in it that is a bit high friction against itself. The foam will move around and go flat in the middle in time. The idea is to fluff the foam back to the middle to your liking every night. The friction helps keep it in place for a while. If you like that concept its great i guess. Wife likes it, i dont. I prefer a one piece memory foam.

I have one. I like it. Make sure you get the firm fill. The thing I like about it is you can fold it in any direction. The fill/fabric has no memory.

This one is pricey but it is great and I've got a broke neck.

I don't like ours, they actrually feel like I cut a bunch of foam pieces and threw a pillow case over it.
