What pitch ?

I have an 08 Champion 210 with a 10" jackplate and a set of powerpoles. I have 4 wet cell batteries in the bilge. I am getting ready to hang a new 4 stroke 250 Pro XS on it. What pitch prop should I run ? I was running a 25 Fury 3 blade, a 25 Tempest Plus, and for cold weather a 26 Tempest Plus with a 250 Pro XS 2 stroke. Just trying to figure what pitch prop to start with on this new 4 stroke. Thanks

23 or 24 which ever one gets you close to 6200 rpm's

Thank you. I know a couple guys with 521 Rangers are running 23 pitch. I was going to swap my 26 for a 23 or a 24 but just wasn't sure which and I kinda think my 25 Fury 3 blade isn't going to be optimum.

I'd try the 25 tempest in cold weather

That's going to be the initial plan since I am getting the new motor installed in the next 10 days or so and I don't currently have a 24 or a 23 to test. Thanks.
