Got my RMP transom saver on order
2019 Ranger Z520C DC / 250 Pro XS 4 Stroke
Looks great...Don't like the traditional motor tote. Even though I use a towel, makes marks on lower end.
Ordered!
Only thing I see on mine is I see some rust starting to happen at the top of the supports gonna have to buff it down and re coat it with anti corrosion paint
New Pro XS landed in the garage yesterday RMP transom saver, ordered up.
Ordered mine last night.
I wonder why the 150 ProXS 4S has been excluded??? LDS

Finally something like this for my 175. Mines on the way.
I received mine and it works great. Fast 2 day turn around. Thanks for building a great product.
I received mine last night. I put it on and it looks good, I just have to wait for spring now to use it and see how it does on the travel. I sure it will be fine.
Mines on the way(225 pro xs) and i don’t even have my boat yet,but when I go to pick it up it will have this RMP transom saver.
Got mine yesterday, heavy duty and looks well built.

My only scare with these kind of transom savers is how safe is it on the transom. I keep hearing about transferring the weight to the trailer which these do not do. I just got my boat in April brand new and i don't wanna ruin the transom. I will be using it just hope I don't ruin it. If it wasn't for bad luck I would not have any luck at all. LOL
Keep in mind that a device that transfers LOAD to the trailer also transfers MOVEMENT FROM the trailer. In reality- if you were to video most boats that use a trailer-stick support, the trailer and boat ARE moving independently (resulting in transfer of opposing forces through the support). No support "removes" vibration and movement. At best they reduce the stresses on the engine and transom.
If you can reduce the "bouncing" tendency of the engine- the transom was built to support the weight of the engine (and considerably more than that- as it essentially supports the weight of the entire boat at times).
I see far fewer transom problems from boats using an "on engine bracket" type of support.

I am also sure that today's boats are made better than the 97 procraft that i am coming from to my 19 z19 that i have now. I did buy one of these. Now just in my opinion which doesn't mean much, lol even the old transom saver in my opinion doesn't transfer the weight to the trailer. If it does I can't logically wrap my head around how.
Ok... this is gonna sound really silly but you'll get the picture. Put a 2x4 on the back deck, standing on it's end.
Rest your forehead firmly on the other end of the 2x4.
Now have someone take a ball-peen hammer or carpenter's hammer, and firmly tap the 2x4 or hit the deck board the 2x4 is resting on.
Same basic forces, totally different application.
