    Humminbird customer service!!!!!

    Just had a issue with my Helix 10 screen freezing. Got up with Humminbird chat and a lady named Dawn told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Turned out dirty map contacts on the card were the problem.

    Contacts on the SD card were dirty. Clean the contacts on the sd card.
