'67 Camaro SS/RS convertible. Sold it to put an inground pool in. Divorced a few years later, ex got the house and pool, I got to regret selling that car forever.

1964 Chevy Bel Air 4 door, straight 6 with 3 on the tree. No stereo, big bench seats, two tone maroon with a cream top and cream interior. Car had 31,000 miles on it when I got it in 2004. Still had the factory spare, the jack had never been removed, the paper instructions for changing a tire were still stuck to the trunk lid. It wasn't a race car, but man did I enjoy driving it. Floated over the road, doors had that heavy clank when you shut them, you knew they were latched. Lost my job in 2009 and had to sell it. Really enjoyed driving it to back to the 50's here in St Paul. When I sold it it had 33,400 on the clock and I was just a little better than even money on it. Selling it helped me keep my house, and that is the only solace I take in not having that car.

1991 5.0 mustang coupe, fun car
Hard to choose, 61 Pontiac Ventura with 502 crate motor or 1969 911S both very fun to drive.
Some nice ones for sure. As I am reading these I am visualizing the cars and trucks in my head.
Many of us have had to part with something dear to us for compelling reasons. I sold my 56 Chevy to buy a new Nitro bass boat. My stupid decision was self induced.

Mine isn't an antique, but it sure was fun! 2005 WRX STi that put a little shy of 400 hp to the wheels. Could chirp the tires in that thing going between second and third....and of course it was AWD!

I had two Ford Broncos that I wish I still had. My first was a 1980 that I had painted candy apple red (paid the guy who painted it with a case of beer which I had to have my dad buy because I was too young). It had a 300 straight 6 engine. I traded it in on a new Dodge D-50 small pickup. I sold that Dodge a couple years later and bought my second Bronco which was a 79 with a 400 V-8. I sold the 79 to a guy that drove it almost 200 miles a day to work and back - he must have had an excellent job to pay for all that gas. I paid $3,000 for the 80 and $4,500 for the 79 and both had under 100k miles.

Its a tossup between a 1968 Olds 442 and a 1972 2-door Chrysler New Yorker.
I sold the 442 when I moved across the country. The New Yorker was a very comfortable tank and it got totalled when it was rear-ended by a Pontiac Parisienne.

1969 Ford F-100. Built 351c with a Powerglide trans. Grandfather (and I...sort of) built it in his shop. Bought it when I turned 15 and sold it when I was 27 to pay for my wedding. I wish I would've chose to keep the truck used the JOP at the courthouse instead.

Car - 1970 Boss 429 Mustang. Had it when I was a kid and loaned it to a friend to use for his prom night. He wrecked it trying to race a Corvette. Would love to have it back.
Truck - 1995 F150 Supercab 4x4. Bought it used in 1997 and got rid of it 12 years and 180,000 miles later. Tranny was slipping but I should have just stuck a Jasper Re-Man Tranny in it and kept driving it. The body and such were flawless and I always loved driving that truck. Wish I still had it and was using it for a hunting truck.
