    remote oil tank sensor

    SN: 2b090405

This motor is a (roughly) 2014 200 pro xs. Has the can bus cable and a merc monitor in the dash. What is needed to install a remote oil tank sensor since the merc monitor supports this? Obviously the sensor is needed, but how does it connect to the "system"? Cable to the motor, cable to the dash, etc???

    Thanks...

I want to add this as at age 71 I often fail to check the remote oil tank. Have never come close to running it to the point where the tank on the motor gets air, but at my age you never know. Be nice to have a warning "just in case"...

You need the fuel/oil harness and the sensor for the remote tank.

    Roger that, thanks...

Where does this connect? Under the dash or under cowl?
