    It does not sound like there is a new motor coming but I could be wrong. If you listen closely to Brandon’s post he says “if you are a tournament angler and own a Yamaha big things are coming”. To me that sounds more like a tournament incentive program or something else not a new motor.

    Thats what I understood as well.

    They could also be extending warranties. That would be great for the weekend angler and all the pontoon boat customers.

    Ive had 6 mercurys since 1996 EFI / DFI Opti never one issue and all of them have had well into high hours and ran hard, my next boat will be my last and I don't care if it has a mercury or Yamaha both great engines and companies.
