I ran a Fury 25 prop on my last SHO (250). My new SHO came with the Yamaha SHO prop on it but I’m still using a Fury as my spare. You just need the flo torq adapter. All holes in my Fury are plugged.
I have a 200 SHO on a ZX200 Skeeter. My prop is a 24" FXP 3-blade, 14 3/4"dia. (by Precision Propellers, a Yamaha company). This prop runs 5900rpm, so I think in my case a 23" would be a little better to get over 6000rpm. It's a great prop, and I believe it's very similar to the Yamaha SHO prop, but about $200 less.
My buddy kieth just ran his hydro-tec flashed 200 sho 196 triton 94.XX gps ....not sure on year but have heard that the 2000s tritons where a bit lighter...Ill see if he can swing by but he will need current set up jack plate current prop speed and rpms helpful too

Is the motor stock? Do you have a jackplate, if so, how much setback? Have you run it yet?
