I have a boat (no motor) I am wanting to restore. The problem is it is rated for a 125. Nobody makes a 125 and when I had a 115 on it I could only get low 50s. If I was to put a 150 on it (or a 135 or 140) would I be able to get insurance?

roger, I know with some upgrades to an express you can get a larger HP sticker, not familiar with tritons

I might contact Triton just for the heck of it. If they would bump it up to 135 I could go to a Honda. If not I think I will sell it as is and stick with Xpress. I just love the boat and have so much history in it with my son as he was growing up.
