SHO - Water In Lower Unit??

I did my annual servicing yesterday and when I drained my oil I noticed a hint of that dreaded milky tint to my oil. The only thing I did was run my engine for about 10 minutes before changing it to warm up my motor oil. I know that running an outboard can oxygenate the oil and make it appear milky; however, I am not sure if this is the case here. What is yalls take on it?

Looks like water in oil to me. Probably a bad seal.
Pull the prop and thrust washer. Check for fishing line around the prop shaft. That's the #1 cause of prop shaft seal failure.
Either way, looks like a seal replacement job and pressure test is in order.
