My interest would be in the .204 Ballistic. No need for 22 feet.

How's the rough water ride of the Ballistic? It appears to be a well built boat but the bottom looks pretty flat. When you get that kind of speed out of a 22 ft boat there is usually some sacrifice in the ride.
Waves always look smaller on video than they look in person, and those don't look all that small for that boat to handle them that well at that speed. Some great driving there to be sure, but that is really, really impressive for a damn bass boat!

Ballistic is just a gorgeous boat Caymus is an ugly rip off of several boat brands.
I don't have a dog in this fight but I agree. Not so much from an "ugly" standpoint, but the Caymas has a bunch of plastic on it. I hate plastic on bass boats. I know it's cheap and allows for more margins but for longevity, plastic on bass boats is no good!!!
I have seen a Ballistic S2 had for sale this past summer and I was very impressed. Composite work was better than I have seen in this industry (vacuum infusion is the way to go....Vexus and Ballistic have this figured out). All "glass" panel that you can configure how you want. I will be buying a new boat later next year and I will be giving Ballistic a very hard look.
I don’t need a new boat, but I sure would like a new one. Would love to take a ride in the Ballistic. Video above sure impressed me. Running in the 70’s and hardly a faint jar as the boat cut the rollers. I think they have a winner.

Guy-the Ballistic rides every bit as good as the video shows. It was 2-3ft water that day. The wave spacing wasn’t too bad that day and the boat being 22’3” allowed me to get up on top and run..kept the nose trimmed up(which doesn’t help ride) to Avoid spearing a wave. On the run, never got a drop of water on me neither. The bottom of the boat isn’t as flat as a lot of people believe. There are several pictures and video’s showing the hull. The V goes all the way to the 15” pad in the back. Allows for a great overall ride. Boat rides every bit as good as the 20 PHX that I owned which as known for their rides.
I’ve only looked at a Cayman. It’s a pretty boat, but lots of plastic, and the finish on the Ballistic is absolutely hands best of any boat on the market. For me, the Ballistic has it all...Looks, Speed, Fishability...

it's not even close to being a rip off. it's light years ahead of bullet.
That’s on the dealer, not the manufacturer.
caymas just announced some pretty nice payouts though
Win one of the 5 qualifying tournaments or the championship out of a Caymas with a Yamaha and Caymas will pay you $10000.00. If you don't win its worth $2500.00 for the top
finishing Caymas with a Yamaha.
BFL's are worth $7000.00 if you win in a Caymas with a Yamaha !!!

Opalski-PM sent. Not sure why dealer didn’t respond to your call, but I assure you that Jim Wells at Ballistic Boat is 110% about custom service! Main reason I bought a Ballistic instead of another boat
to start with. Jim has been to my home helping me with my boat-from all the way across this country he came-There are several Ballistic dealers...there is Duck River, Geared in Hot Springs, AR, and S2 Marine in Texas..or give Jim Wells a call himself.
I live in Arkansas but would be glad to meet you somewhere along the way if I can to show my my 223, let you ride and drive...planning a trip over to TN in next 3-4 weeks..could meet you anywhere along the way..hit me up if I can ever be of any help.
