fairly rough condition but just curious as to what I have

If it isn't marked rebel on the bill, check the tail for a Japan mark. It kind of looks like the japanese rebel minnow knockoff. It could still be a rebel and unmarked, or a japanese knockoff and be unmarked. You can tell the difference from holding them, but I really don't know how to explain it. I think the japanese one is lighter than a rebel.

Not worth much either way, unfortunately.
