Are you ripping them through vegetation, or fishing them otherwise? Will help with giving good recommendations.
I throw mine on a Phenix X-13 that I also use for moderate to deep diving cranks and it does the job well, it's moderate enough to keep fish pinned but has the needed backbone and arrives there quickly enough to rip baits free of vegetation (meaning it's maybe a bit faster than some might prefer for treble hooked baits). I love it, but it retails a little out of your price range at $200 instead of $150. (The ratings on it, like most Phenix rods, are a little heavy, so if you do consider this rod then look at the specs and think it will be too much rod, I can assure you that it's not)
In any case, I think the way you fish these baits can change what makes an ideal rod pretty dramatically. That should help with folks making useful recommendations.

Drew,
Typically not fishing vegetation, if I do it will not be thick grass. Hope that helps.

Fitzgerald Vursa 7'6 MH. Its lightweight, and its a versatile rod I use one for traps, small swimbaits, Chatterbaits etc. It fits your price point at $129 as well!

I've used a Powell Endurance 705 and 755CBs, glass composite, and now a Powell Endurance 733cef. I'm fishing bigger baits, 5/8, 3/4 and 1oz, on the bottom.

I would aim for the Dobyns 705CB. That rod is just a beast.
I'm pretty sure you can find it here on this forum for 150 or something. Extra $30 dollars to $150 budget, Look into Dobyns Store and find it there.
Ark crankbait 7'4. $149
I use a Daiwa Tatula 7’ Medium/Regular . Sometimes I use a Fury 705cb but I like the Tatula a lot more.
