    Tim took the time to answer several email questions I had even though I’m sure he was extremely busy and I wasn’t spending money with him. That’s why he’s successful. He gets it !!! I just had Boatmate answer 1 of 7 emails and another company I’m trying to do business with on new products for my business say “we’re so busy I just can’t help you...don’t know when to tell you to call back”. Ha Ha Ha Ha
