I think you need a Honda NMEA tac, I had a dealer tell me all 200,225 and 250's have Limiter kick in at 150 rpm's over manufacture "Full Throttle RPM Range" so that would make your 225 kick in at 6150. I know my 250 is right where he told me it would be, mine kicks in at 6450.

For 2019 the bf200-250 are all the same with 5300-6300 full throttle rpm range and 6450 limiter. My engine is the exact same thing as yours other than the fuel program. I have turned my props over 6150 with them high enough to slip. You can check out the specs for the 2019 engines on Honda's website

I've run for a few miles at 6100 to a little less than 6200 according to my tach needle. So if my tach is reading high as you suggest and my limiter is at 6150 that would mean I'm actually turning less rpm than I'm reading on the tach and inputting in my slip calculations that tell me 7% slip. So if I'm running less rpm than my tach says, and 2 GPS units are giving me my speed number, both my 25 tempest and 23 rev 4 would be getting better than 7% slip. If they are better than 7% slip there's no way I'm letting someone work them. Do you follow what I'm saying?

I have a 2019 BF250 on my 2019 BassCat Puma FTD, Atlas Hydro JackPlate, 3 lithium trolling batts, 1 group 31 AGM. I'm tuning 6300 RPM with a Fury 4 Blade 25 pitch @ 68 mph. Prop is headed to Ronnie Gilbert to be reworked, I bought the boat from Paul Elias it was his 2019 MLF boat and had 57 hours on it when I got it. He runs the Fury 4, same numbers. Also Jessie Wiggins also runs the Honda on a Cat, he runs the Fury 4 and gets the same numbers, so we will see what happens when Ronnie works his magic. With the Honda turning 6300 it seems that with the right prop work better numbers could be possible.
2019 BassCat Puma FTD, Honda 250, Croxton Razor 4XL,Garmin Force, Power Pole Blades & Charge, Atlas JP, Ionic 36v Lithium, K2 Energy Lithium NoCo GenPro10x1, All Garmin Electronics with PanOptics LiveScope
