Boat Cover to use on boat lift

I am looking for a cover to use on my boat lift for my 721. I want to save my trailering cover for when I am towing etc and looking for a cover that works well and is easy to put on when my boat is on the lift. It is floating dock with a lift that raises it up out of the water from below. Any suggestion would be appreciated

Go get a custom covered made for it and have them put snaps around.
If you don’t like the idea of snaps, you can use your trailering cover since it ratchets at the rear. If you need it really taught, you can attach half gal jugs to side straps to keep tension on them.

Your trailering cover should work fine. Just put one of those large workout balls on front deck close to the step to get it nice & taught. You won't need to use the strap system that way. That can be a pain to do after every time out.

I keep my boat on a lift most of the time and use the trailering cover. I thought about getting another cover for the lift, to save the trailering cover (because you get insect nests and mud dobbers and such on the cover when in the lift), but given it's quick and easy to do the trailering cover, I just stuck with it. The ball idea above is good. Even when ratcheted tight, strong storms can blow the trailering cover over the rub rail around the console area.

I keep my boat on a lift and use a cover from Cabelas. Light weight and does the job..
