Are you able to run with livestream full engine parameter like RPM, ECT, oil pressure when hook up onto a laptop?

Lol I have yet to hook it up. I need to do this next week. I know on the JetSki I can do all and shut down coils etc.
It would be nice if your able to monitor everything live and see how everything is during a run.
