    Fishing line memory recommendation

    'Morning,

I was looking for some recommendations, comments or reviews on floro fishing line (12-15lb range) with the least amount of line memory? I understand that there are a many other factors that contribute to a "favorite brand" however I would appreciate any input related solely to line memory and limpness (if that is a word-lol).

    Thank you kindly,

spray your reels with line and lure the night before fishing. After a cast or two the memory is gone.

They all have memory. I like Pline but it still takes a few casts to get it running straight and memory free! Spool it tight and watch for nicks!

I like Sunline for strength but I like P Line Tactical for smoothness on the reel.

I recently used Seagar Invizx & was happy with the limpness, better than Sunline & Berkley fluoro IMHO

Is this different from Reel Magic? I use that on my fluorocarbon and it helps, but if yours is better I will switch to it.
I am following these comments as well. I have recently switched from braid/leader and altering trying two other brands settled on Trilene 100% fluorocarbon but am not very happy with it.

Having used both, I prefer line and lure. *shrug* I'm sure others prefer reel magic, or reel snot, or any other kind of line dressing.

If You're going to use mono exclusively, You can also run out a 'real good cast' and attach the line to the fence and 'walk it back' and this will also remove any memory.. You can also do this if You're 'anal retentive' on Your knots.

ALWAYS wet Your knot prior to cinching...

I like KVD's line lube the best. I Use straight Invisx. When you spool your line run the spool under hat water this will reform the line to your spool size and help with twist. Most of the problems with the floro for me come from the line catching the hook keeper on the pole and then bunches at the first guide and creates a mess. Can always get the line straightened out afterword's.
    Please release me,let me go.

TATSU! It’s all I use anymore. I buy a bunch every Black Friday and it lasts me all year.

X2. I do this also and it is the only fluorocarbon I use and it can stay on my reels for 1/2 the season. Line and lure conditioner before an outing and Tatsu and you are golden. $10 more for line is negligible when you consider all you spend for a day on the lake.

    Money well spent!!!!

Tatsu is the most memory free FC on the market in the 12-15 class. I also like Sunline Shooter.

    This....

I haven't found a fluoro larger than 10lb that I can keep on the spool of my spinning reels.
