Can someone lead me to what may be wrong. I will get one good run out of the boat then seems like when it warms up it does not want to go no where Boggs at full throttle..... 2 new power packs all new wires/plugs couple new coils replaced.....

What spark plugs are you running?
You may want to check the carb float bowls for being correctly set. I had the same issue with my 235 long ago. Also, make sure your high speed jets are clean and open.
