    Removing blood from carpet

Got a lot of blood on my carpet yesterday which I cleaned as best as possible with a rag and lake water. Still have areas that have some staining. Any recommendations ? Thanks.

I use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water in a spray bottle.

Folex works great also. Works great around the house also, all kinds of stains.

Peroxide! Just pour it on there. Watch it foam up and then use a brush to agitate and wipe it off. Then flush with water.

Warm beer. Custodian at school said it will clean blood from anything.

Oxyclean is great as well as Hydrogen Peroxide which is less intrusive.

I got a good bit of blood on my carpet today and it came right out using my Bissel Little Green carpet cleaner. I purchased it just to use on my bass boat and it does a great job on spots as well as the once a year entire carpet on boat.

You should have rolled the body up in the carpet then dispose of both, and replace the carpet.
