Looking into buying a 200hp pro xs this weekend and was told that it needed a new compressor block. Dealer said there is a Compressor Red Block Recall on all Mercury 200 pro XS and I can’t pick up until the part comes in. Is this a thing or ..... Just curious. Thanks!

It sure did happen. Surprised it hasn't been taken care of yet though.
