I was checking them out online for my next jetdrive boat. Oh the fun of just window shopping.

I love my Ranger RT but it would split open like a tin can if tried that. That's pretty incredible if they did all that and had no cracks in the hull.

I don't think it is. Look at what some the boats designed for IB and OB jets can do. I think the rib structure through the hull and the transom are designed to take more abuse than a standard fishing boat. To compare them to a standard fishing boat is like comparing a 4x4 truck to a rock crawler.

Hell yea, when Vexus releases their version of a jet sled, which will be never.

That would be a bad ass boat though to have as a duck hunter

That was crazy. I would love to have one to fish in the New River here or when some of these lake draw draw in the winter.

This video is really entertaining to watch but my experience with hunting from my buddies Havoc is that they aren't quite that tough. After one season the bottom is trashed, it looks like someone beat it with a hammer all across the bottom. they perform awesome, turn on a dime and pretty quick! Great boats for these tuned outboards a lot of guys are running down here but for anything outside of running fast in close quarters they aren't going to have much longevity. A lot of guys run them for a year and get rid of them after that. When I say they are good for going fast and turning quick I mean it, a lot of these guys I see have built up tiller steer motors that will push these boats into the high 60s and even a couple I have seen that can run in the low 70s. These guys get crazy with these boats, you'll see 14' & 15' havocs (and other brands) with 10" of setback and hydraulic jackplates that a built for bass boats mounted on CMC kick plates. If you don't believe me just google or youtube search "duck boat races", you'll see some of what im talking about
