    What is the part number for the HDI 9 pin transducer?

    I want the 9 pin version of the 83/200 455/800 HDI transducer. I had a 7 pin transducer go out and want to order a new one but can’t find it and I can’t get a call back from a board sponsor. I also need a black 15’ Ethernet cable (Black only as I had several grey ones fail).

    That is the part number for the 455/800 HDI transducer not the 83/200 455/800 HDI transducer.

    I was looking at the Lowrance site you mentioned above. I was still a little confused so I saw the Chat button. I chatted with Lowrance and immediately got my answer. Your previous answer was right, sorry about that but I was confused.

    BLACK HDI SKIMMER MED/HIGH 455/800 9PINSKU: 000-12728-001 does 83/200 sonar and 455/800 Downscan structure and
    the part number 000-12570-001 does the exact same thing except the transducer is colored Lowrance Blue.

    Problem fixed. New transducer fixed it. I have a 7 to 9 pin adapter for sale here. The transducer must have been bad.
