Anyone notice water coming out here?

New 250 ProXS 4-stroke. Has anyone noticed that water comes out 'around' the oil drain fitting on the R side of the mid-section? It does it on all I've seen when on muffs and I've seen it pouring out when on the water at speed. It's not coming from the drain, but rather from around the drain. Y'all seeing that too?

It seems to me this question was asked awhile back and the answer was it was fine and they all do it.

I know my answer is not first hand, but surprised no one has chimed in by now.

That would bother me if I was running in Saltwater? So could water be piling up at the bottom of the block?

No- if you saw the engine without the lower chaps on it (running) you would understand that essentially the entire mid is being showered to keep it "cool".
