    Newb prop questions ZX250

I have a 06 zx250 with a yamaha 250HPDI. Im needing a new prop since i dinged the 27T1 and its getting repairs. I have a guy selling a 26p Trophy 4blade w/ blowout ring and im wondering if this will work well on my boat until the 27t1 can be repaired. Any input will help and if im totally going the wrong way looking for props ill take any info as well. Thanks

The trophy is no good on an hpdi. I think a fury4 would be much better.

Find a stock 27 Tempest Plus ..until you can get it worked.

The TRO4 is PowerTech's Trophy copy and wont work well either... You need a prop with a 4 3/4 inch full size barrel... The Tempest Plus will work too... I like 4 blades better. I cant recommend a pitch until I know what rpms you turned the 27T1.

would help to know how its loaded, rpm at wot does it have poles and what you priority's are, hole shot, top speed, rough water handling etc. Kinda surprised Michael did not recommend a Bravo for that heavy boat
    Thank You Leon Pugh
