    Lake Homes in Okla..

    https://www.tulsaworld.com/business/...be7c57199.html

The most expensive lake homes in Oklahoma also can be found on Grand Lake, where the average is $474,572, ahead of Skiatook Lake ($382,683) and Claremore Lake ($367,647), according to the report. Of the 28 million-dollar lake listings in the state, Grand Lake has 25, the report claims. The top metro area outside Oklahoma that searches for lake property in the state is Dallas-Fort Worth.

If someone gave me a place on Grand I would own it long enough to sale it. Now a piece of property that touches the Corps property on Broken bow that would be heaven.

Why, too crowded? Its really only bad on peak weekends, other than that back in coves it is quiet pretty much all the time. I would not want a home on the main lake channel though.

Just because I would rather have property on another lake over Grand makes me a hater? Nice to know.

I like Grand just fine and am thankful to have such a lake in Oklahoma. The Broken Bow area is just so beautiful that if I could pick and only have one lake with a home, Broken Bow would be my pick.
