check for a broken sping maybe rubbing fender
Bent axle/spindle, rubbing something, loose bearings, something to make it sit wrong and only wear on the inside. I would jack up that side and look at it, maybe run a straight edge down the tires front to back and up and down.
Bent spindle for sure. It’s been wearing like that for awhile, Were have you been?
