lose pump out hose

I have an 08 z20 one of the pump out hoses (facing the back of the boat it's the one on the right) has come lose. I've tried to reach in there to reconnect it but being up in age I can not reach in through the battery access doors to reconnect it. Any suggestions on how to fix this.

Take the splshwell access plate out should be able to get tonit

I think its to far from the hose but I will try it

Remove nut on thru hull fitting, pull hose and back of fitting out to tighten. Reinstall. I dont believe anyones arm is flexible enough to reach up there to tighten the hose clamp.
