    Trying to update

    Trying to update my helix 10 mega SI G3N. I copied new software to 64 gb Sd card. Restored to factory defaults and unit does nothing. What am I doing wrong? How long does it take to recognize the file.

    Card is too big...humminbirds units only read up to 32 GB

    If you don't have a smaller card, Format it to FAT32 and it may work OK.

    Thanks Wayne. Just going to buy the right card. Didn't pay any attention to what the guy at best by handed me.
