    Stainless fenders

Anyone ever cut the steel fenders off there trailer and replaced them with stainless bolt on ones? I just bought a nice Phoenix C channel trailer that has some fender damage and thought that would be the easiest option on fixing it because it’s gatorhyde. If I had to cut and weld another fender on and repaint it may not match perfectly. The trailer already has the slots cut in it to bolt the fenders up.

I would love to have ss fenders on my trailer. I bought it used and it has the gator hyde coated fenders. The ss fenders look really sharp!! I guess you could buy them front marine master???

stainless steel may get some scratches but will never rust or show rock chips - will be on the next trailer when the time comes

I have the stainless fenders, but they came bolted on, not welded. In the event they need to be replaced, just unbolt and replace. I would reach out to Marine Master.

I replaced steel with S S on my last trailer. Ordered them on my Phoenix. Personally I wouldn’t have anything else.

I don’t have ss fenders but wish I did. Couple reasons is I like the look better and main reason is a dear ran out in front of me and damaged my fender, what a pain is was to repair it! Cut it off and weld anther one. Try and match the eh gator hide and clear etc. With a ss you just unbolt it and bolt anther one and I would of been done.

They were welded on so I had to cut them off. The steps are slotted for bolt on fenders already but you can check yours and make sure. That would make it allot harder if they weren’t.
