sportman II issues

I have a new set of 8' sportman II and not sure what my issue is. I have a set of foot switches in the front, the dash switch on the dash and a remote. I cant get them to all work at the same time. Also, the foot switch up one wont work untill i put the poles down a few times and then it will start working. I have to use my dash remote to get them up. Anyone had this issue or knows what i did wrong linking them all together?

I have relinked them countless number of times and i get the same results. Only can get 2 remotes to sink not all 3.
