    PP won’t deploy

I’ve got two 10’ Pwr Poles on my boat and they both just stopped working. When I press the buttons at the bow or helm I get nothing. Even when I press the buttons on top of the motor I get nothing. I did check fluids in both reservoirs and they were just a bit low, so I replaced the oil with fresh AW32 but I’ve still got nothing. I did check power and I’ve got a full 13v to both motors.

    Suggestions?

How did you measure the 13 volts? Try using a couple of sharp pins attached to your volt meter leads and measure right where the power wires go into the pump motors. You might have a loose wire upstream somewhere.

could be loose wire going into the cap. Also check the inline fuse holders for corrosion. aAny lights blinking on the top cap? blinking green? Need little more info to diagnose.

I’ve got a multi-meter and I measured the power right where it goes into the pump motor. Also pulled the fuse(s) and checked them.

When I press the buttons at the helm they blink red back & fourth. When I push the power buttons on top of the pump motor I get nothing. Both reservoirs are full of new fluid also

It shows PUMP-CC-BLD-8 on the side. Nothing happens when I press any of the buttons on top of the electric pump.

Since they came with the boat and it’s 2012 I’m pretty sure their 1.0

No lights at all on the pumps then you dont have 12 volt power going to either pump board, you can take the top cap off and recheck power where the power wires connect to the board. Check and get back to us. I know you checked fuses but check for corrosion in the fuse holders.

Ok I figured out what’s wrong.

I pulled the cover off both pumps and found that I did not have power. Traced the cables back to a breaker on the back side of my battery cover and found it was bad, tripped & would not reset. So, easy fix just a PIA to get to.

    Thanks everyone for the help.
