Stratos 200 Pro Xl help
03 200 pro xl 225 Yamaha HPDI. 8 inch plate at 3in below pad. Getting 68mph at 5000rpm 18psi water pressure. Turning a 26 turbo lightning prop. Need suggestions of what to do.

Sounds low on the rpms. Make sure your guage is correct. Mine runs good about 2.5-1.75 below the pad. I run a 27t1. Can run 72.5 in the Georgia heat. Ran 74.6 with a 26 solas, but got rid of that prop.

Raise the engine to 2 5/8 below the pad, and a 27" Yamaha T1 prop balanced and blueprinted with a little extra cup for bow lift. You should be somewhere around 5800 RPMs wide open and trimmed out. You should be seeing mid 70s.

I run a 07 200xl with a 225 etec. I had trouble with my set up initially as my tach was way off. I installed nmea network and get live engine data. I run a 27 renegade at 5500 rpm for 74mph loaded. 28 raker 2 5700rpm for 78mph. Same set back 2.75 below pad.
