    Northern end of Pickwick

My son just moved to Selmer, TN. What is the fishing like in that area of Pickwick and what, is the jobs like out there. My sons girlfriend talked him into moving out there. Any help would be appreciated. My son loves duck hunting and fishing.

Fishing should be great in that area. Pickwick is part of the TN river system. Run east to Wilson dam, keep going east and you can lock up to Wheeler lake and if you can't find anything biting there, Guntersville is the next dam east. Can't help you on the hunting part.

Hopefully I can get out there and take him in the spring. I live on Santee Cooper in SC. I told him to maybe look around for a Bass club or fish some BFLs as a non boater in the mean time so he can fish out there. Thanks.
