    This looks like a lawyers dream case. If the wife had personal assets and the daughter was a beneficiary then she will probably get what the wife had because she died first and I don't think you can inherit by murder. Did Jacobs personally owe the debts or did the companies owe the debt. Is the wife liable for the debts too? Depends how it is structured. Does the daughter get the wife's share of assets and debts first, then others get the remainder of the wifes/jacobs assets and debts. One thing for certain, the lawyers that will string this out will get paid first so the longer they can push it down the road the more $$$ for them. When the lawyers figure out there is no more money to be made then it will be settled. Would be interesting to see an auction for FLW if BASS is possibly interested. However, I don't think the Anderson Media group wants any more exposure in the bass fishing arena, they probably regret they are in as deep as they are now.
