I do this twice a year I mix bleach 10% to water. comes out 13oz/gal.
mix up 5 gal for each live-well turn on recirc pump and let run for 1/2 hour then drain.
Fill live-wells recirc and and drain two times.
After every tournament I fill with fresh water when I get home and recirc. drain and wipe them down.
prop the lids open and let air dry.
I haven't had any problem sense i started doing this.

I use Peroxide strait up , just wipe them down after. I don't ever have to worry that their is still a little bleach in my wells. Bleach takes o2 out of water Peroxide helps put o2 in water.

Fill the wells up. Pour in a gallon of vinegar and a bottle of peroxide. Recirculate for 5 minutes and pump out.
