    hi jacker jack plate

    I have 6 " hi jacker jack plate on a 94 evinrude 175, I do not under stand all the holes and adjustments, can someone explain these holes and why the jack bolts bent.

    I am by far an expert on jack plates but this does not look right. I have the same plate in my storage unit that i took off my boat and it doesn't look like that but it has the bolt in the middle. LMK if it's catastrophic as mine is just collecting dust.

    Your plate is bent back,the large adjustment bolts on the side is a give away. They should be straight.Trash that one and get a new one.

    Looks like someone tried to modify or repair a JP. Probably time to change it out.

    Had identical happen on a 200hp Johnson powered Stratos, above is correct, it is plum wore out - get a new one.
