Anybody else have this problem with there Helix 12 , gen 2 Problem: 2 month ago 5 hours on screen goes to lines only shut down let sit turn on black screen with lines,, send to humminbird they repair it couple weeks does same thing after 5 hours I think turn back on and works so I report it , in 2 weeks working fine then on for a couple hours bam does it again . any of this happen to them
You are going to have to answer some of the standard voltage / wiring related questions. If you go to the system status screen what does your voltage display around the time you are having the problem?
There could be a power problem .... or maybe something in the unit overheating.

New Boat , brought home in march , power shows 12.4 , Humminbird replaced a circuit board 1st time

The 5 hour ?? just estimating and since its at the consul and i'm up front it might be taking a fit earlier . the bow 2 units work fine and when the 12 got sent away I moved the gen 10 2 to the consul and no problem hummm
Sounds like you may have to send it off again.
