    Post TABC 2019 State Championship Final Results- Lake Amistad

    Here are the final results from this weekends (2) day Texas Association of Bass Clubs State Championship on Lake Amistad. Big Bass for each day were 5+ lbers. Each clubs team consisted of (8) members (4) boats. Lowest boat weight is dropped each day. Congrats to the winners from East Texas

    Lot going on there. So how many fish did the first-place team weigh. 3 boats per day at 5 fish each?? so 30 fish total for team #1?

    Thats what she wrote in another thread. 30 potential fish for 50lbs.... and that was the winning group!

    Each club is allowed to drop the lightest weight each day. If the first place team had 5 fish per boat (4) boats with (1) drop potentially 30 fish for the 50.13 win overall.

    Just came in from the garage where I was pulling tackle and rods out of my boat to head off for the SIT this weekend (fishing with partner out of his boat). These results made me rethink my gear.

    I know what you mean, pack thinking about big bass and then you read this and start to strive for 3 pounders.

    Most will be lucky to catch a limit since it’s 15in length.
