GO rubber, Traction pad floor. Very easy to maintain. Cleans up well. You dont have to worry about stuff getting on the floor vs carpet.

I ordered mine with rubber. Haven’t seen it yet but I’ve heard nothing but positive comments from those that have it. My dealer told me it was a must have.

I love mine also. Stays drier, cleans easily, wipe off pickerel and other fish slime, doesnt smell from said fish slime and being wet from a rain, takes seconds to vacuum instead of for ever trying to get sand out on the carpet (lot ponds around here with sand ramps so you get a ton sand in your boat and in your truck. Having it is kinda like having weather tech mats for your cockpit area.

Don't put Armorall on it. I bought a used 2019 521L and it had been detailed and they put it on the rubber flooring and now it is slick. I'll be glad when it wears off.

Does it go over the carpet or is the carpet removed? I bought a 521l in the showroom and it has carpet. I like the mat idea

OP, not meaning to hijack your thread, just wanting to add more to it...
anyone got a photo of this in a boat?
Sounds interesting, can it be bought to install in a older boat?

Wouldn't be without mine. Trip to Canada with slimy northerns and rinsed right off and dried right up..... Awesome stuff, only drawback is black is HOT in the summer on bare feet.

I have used Gatorskinz for step pads and to cover old graph mounting holes on the gunnel and really like the product. I am not sure about covering the whole floor with it tho.
