Solix/Helix/360 network issue

So here is my setup:
1. Solix 12si first gen at the console with latest software
2. Helix 12si first gen at the bow with latest software
3. 959 at the bow
4. Ultrex with ipilot link
5. Humminbird 360 at the bow
6. 5 port Ethernet switch
(Minimum 12 gauge wiring to each unit. Verified 12+volts at each unit)

Problem:
Everything works fine but after I fish for a while using my 360 at the bow, I sit back at the console to move to the next spot and my sonar on my solix has frozen. The chart still works but the sonar is frozen and the unit has to be restarted to make it work again. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the Home/Settings page for an auto-disable setting for the 360. I think it's under the Sonar tab, scroll down to the 360 settings. If it is set to "on", that may explain your problem.

Auto Disable turns Side Imaging and Down Imaging off when a 360 view is selected. Does not affect 2D sonar.

In my case all of the sonar freezes. 2D, DI and SI

What does the voltage readout show when it freezes?

How did you verify what the loaded voltage is for each device?

I checked in the self test menu and with a volt meter. I have a dedicated 8 gauge wire from the battery to a panel at the console and then 12 gauge wire to each unit. The battery is a fairly new group 32 Duracell platinum AGM. I know humminbirds are voltage sensitive so I ran dedicated wiring

First thing I'd be doing is disconnecting the Solix from the network and see if the problem is still there.
