    Best 19-20 foot boat option

Guys, thinking of downsizing. Who all makes a great sub 20 footer? Let’s hear your thoughts and why? I’ve been viewing the BCB Classic, ZX200, Z518 and 519, what else is there and give your opinions on those as well. Thx friends

I’d agree with the above. Also, since you’re downsizing I’d consider an Xpress X19 or Vexus 1980 aluminum.

Love my Z518, but if going bigger the Triton 19 TRX is a good option, as is the Skeeter ZX200.

Agree. The 519 I have performs like a much bigger boat. Very quick, maneuverable, and stable.

Been very happy with my pantera classic. Plenty of storage for me and it is a very fast boat for its size.

It depends on your needs and budget.
If budget isn't an issue, than the BCB Caracal is the ultimate 19 footer with the 225Hp engine.
If your looking for a wide deck and performance but need to stay within a fixed budget, The Pantera Classic or Phoenix would be my choices.

Down size why? What is the constraint driving the smaller boat?

My boy will fish in college and thinking of logistics around that. He can’t afford the fuel for my current rig and who knows what parking options will look like so I’m just think ahead some I guess. Thx

The Caracal is probably my favorite boat on the market too guys but wanted to see similar offerings. The z519 and the trx19 look nice as well and I’m curious to go see a zx200 at a local dealer to see how the build looks compared to my current Puma.

I would add the Caracal to that list. That is a wide 19.8 inch boat.

    I had a 06 519 Ranger
    Now in a 08 199 Legend
Legend is better in rough water but the Ranger had a bigger front deck and a little more storage
overall I like the Legend better
