Shreveport fishing and lodging

A few buddies and I are coming down to the Shreveport area to bass fish the first weekend of November. We are looking for 4 or 5 lakes to fish. What would be good choices be within 45 mins of the area. I'm hoping for lakes and ramp names and how easy they are to navigate. What is a good place to stay around the area? We're coming in from Little Rock.
