    merc 250 pro xb

    put a used exhaust tuner on my Xb, ( my own on my spare motor ) since I did this my boat does not go up on plane as good , any help appreciated

    Exact same tuner or an aftermarket or cut down tuner? Did you clean out the idle relief ports? That sounds like its not venting the prop as well as the original tuner.

    exact same tuner from hyrotech, runs great after on plane

    If you went from a stock XB tuner to a Hydrotech, you reduced prop venting.
