I had rabbit stew once. It was tender and I would have never know it was rabbit if I wasnt told.

I eat it quite a bit. Cliche` but it tastes like chicken. I soak it in salt water for a day or so and then grill it like you would chicken. Juicy and delish. I have also put it in stews and it was great as well. I pop them in the backyard all winter long.

Fried like chicken. It's very similar to squirrel, slightly tougher than chicken and stringier.

I raise them. They’re quiet, make lots more quickly, don’t stink. Easy to care for. Good tasting lean white meat. If you can cook a chicken, you can cook a bunny.

Had both wild and domestic, actually prefer the domestics.

Marinade in Worchestershire (spelling?) and then coat in seasoned flour and fry. Very good.
