Mercury DFI Oil Bulk

Anyone know where you can get 250 Pro XS oil in bulk gallons , instead of retail?? In Raleigh area??

Only thing i can say is if you have a tight relationship with a boat dealer or shop that works on boat motors ask them to get you a drum of oil at their cost and you will come pick it up when it comes in. You will have to have some way of loading or unloading it like a forklift. We did it years ago(4 of us went in together) and purchased a 55 gallon drum of Yamaha oil and stored it at one guys house and we kept a log on who got what so everyone would know when you reached your share. For us it was split 4 ways at 13.75 gallons each. We had to buy a pump for the drum but it was way cheaper than the $20-25 a gallon dealers wanted. We were amazed at what it cost versus what it was marked up to when you buy it off the shelf.

I think Collins in Smithfield had bulk oil for 250 Pro XS since they started carrying Merc's.

Collins didn’t have any Mercury DFI, but did order it at a break in cost since they can get 2.5 gl containers, beats the gl ones cost.
